These terms apply to direct reservations made with The Orca Sanctuary. The details confirmed in writing for your reservation form part of these terms.

Rates and availability

Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah for two adults and are subject to availability. The Two-Night Signature Reset is IDR 14,000,000 and the 24-Hour Private Reset is IDR 8,000,000, both for two adults with all taxes included. Promotional conditions, eligible stay dates and included experiences will be confirmed before payment.

Stay experiences

The Two-Night Signature Reset includes the experiences listed on the landing page. The 24-Hour Private Reset is available on selected weekdays and provides one full 24-hour stay. Specific arrival and departure times are agreed during booking.

Transport

Return harbour transfer within Nusa Penida is included for eligible direct stays. Fast-boat tickets between Bali and Nusa Penida are arranged separately unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Changes and cancellations

Reservations are non-refundable. Any request to change dates is subject to availability, approval and any applicable rate difference. A requested change is not confirmed until acknowledged in writing by The Orca Sanctuary.

Guest information

The sanctuary is designed for two adults. Guests should disclose dietary requirements, allergies and relevant access needs before arrival so the team can confirm what can be accommodated.
